What is ASMR?

Have you ever experienced a tingly sensation from a sound you heard but couldn't understand why? Have you ever become sleepy from hearing the sound of someone's voice or become enchanted by the sounds of someone brushing their hair or chewing gum? If you have then you have experienced asmr.

Autonomous sensory Meridian Response or better know as ASMR is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs as defined by the ASMR Research & Support.
